I have a Semi-Grand concert Harp. The model is a Swanson #228 and it has 47 strings. It weighs about 80 pounds. The moving of the Harp is quite extensive and the price of this is factored into the price. Her name is Diana.

This is a special process that I have down to a science. It requires me to first place my Harp into my 3 piece travel padded case. One for the base, column, and body. I then place it on a hand cart and make sure it is secured tightly. After this I make sure my car is parked in a convenient place with no stairs so that I can roll my Harp out and near my car as easily as possible. After making sure all my seats are down, I then take the Harp off the cart, open the trunk, and gently lean it on it’s side. I then lift the the bottom of the

Harp and gently push it into the car. Once it is safely in my car I make sure there are some pillows in between my Harp and other items so things are not bouncing around. Once I arrive to my venue location I go to the nearest ramp and bring my Harp in from there. Often times if I am working in a large city area I may need to bring someone to help with parking and maneuvering my Harp in and out of the venue quickly. All of this is factored into the price and this is also why I require phone calls to go over moving logistics.

I primarily perform for weddings but throughout the year, I often play for corporate events, holiday parties, tea parties, and more. Starting 2024, I will be offering meditation and relaxation-focused events with my Harp, so make sure you sign up for the mailing list to be the first to know.

Once you’ve filled out the inquiry form and selected a package we will schedule a phone or Zoom call to review your details. During this call, I will get to know you and your event needs and make sure we have the right package that will help your event desires to be realized. I will go over my price in full detail, highlighting the travel, set-up and additional requirements necessary for me to play at my full capacity. You can of course ask me any questions you may have as well. Once we both feel like this a good fit to move forward, I will take down your information, create an agreement that clearly defines what is expected of this service so we are both clear. I will send it over for you to sign as well as details for sending the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and applicable to your total balance.

The great thing about my Harp and my skill level is that almost anything sounds great on the Harp. That being said I have a wide arrange of selectons that include genres such as Pop, R&B, Classical, Religious, Country, Hip-Hop and more. If you would like a specific song that is not included in my repertoire please let me know during our call. I will do research to find an arrangement and if I can’t find one I will make my own.
